PERSONAL ASSISTANT (Bilingual English*French), London up to Ј22000
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced, bilingual (English*French) Personal Assistant to work for this specialist tour company*overseas property agent 50% of your role will be spent working as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive - you will be responsible for diary management and meeting co-ordination, as well as general administrative duties. You may also handle accommodation and travel bookings and general ad hoc PA duties as required. The other 50% of your time will be working in their Overseas Property Sales department, assisting clients in buying overseas properties in popular holiday resorts
It is essential that you are bilingual in English and French (both spoken and written). You must be an experienced Personal Assistant, ideally from the travel or property industries, and will also ideally have some previous sales experience. Excellent communication and computer skills are also essential
